An English poet, illustrator and worldly wanderer, Edward Lear is known for his nonsense poetry, claptrap limericks and classic stories such as The Owl and the Pussy-Cat.

On each mug is an individual illustration, along with a lower and uppercase letter on one side.
On the reverse side is a matching nonsensical and absurd poem, story or limerick to match.
